Returns

Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the items delivered are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Defective or Damaged Items

In the rare event that your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt. Claims for defective or damaged items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.

Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund due to defective or damaged items, the following process will apply:

  • Notification: Contact our Customer Support team at support@uspackagings.com within 3 business days of receiving your order to report the issue.
  • Return Authorization: Once your claim is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the defective or damaged items.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the items back to us in their original packaging, unless instructed otherwise by our Customer Support team.
  • Inspection: Upon receiving the returned items, we will inspect them to verify the defect or damage. If the claim is validated, we will proceed with issuing a refund.
  • Refund Issuance: Refunds will be processed within7–100 business days after the returned items have been received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized items that do not have defects or damages as outlined above are not eligible for refunds.
  • The fees associated with expedited processing orders are not returnable.
