You retain ownership of all content that you upload or submit through our website ("Customer Content"). By submitting Customer Content, you grant US Packagings a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations and does not infringe upon the rights of any third parties.

Design Files and Artwork Requirements

Resolution and Color Mode: By default, US Packaging will provide design files at a resolution of 72 DPI, which is appropriate for standard printing requirements. For higher-resolution requirements, please contact us at support@uspackagings.com to request a quote. All submitted artwork must adhere to CMYK color mode with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.

Quality Assurance: While US Packaging strives for high-quality production, minor variations in color and material characteristics may occur due to differences in printing surfaces or material properties. We do not accept liability for such variations.

 

Proofing and Accuracy

Approval Process: Before proceeding with production, you will receive a final proof and job specification sheet for your review and approval. It is imperative that you meticulously examine all details, including layout, text, and color accuracy. Upon approval, the final proof and specification sheet will be sent to production. US Packagings bears no responsibility for errors or omissions not identified and communicated before production commences.

Recommendations: We strongly recommend reviewing the proof at a 100% scale to ensure accuracy. Any issues with spelling, design, or layout not identified by you during the proofing stage will be considered approved as is.

 

Materials and Quality Assurance

Material Specifications: Unless specifically requested for food-grade materials, the paper and card stock used in our printing processes are not certified for food safety. Please notify us in writing before placing your order if you have specific food safety requirements.

Production Variations: While every effort is made to maintain consistency, slight variations in color and material characteristics may occur due to different printing surfaces or material properties. US Packagings disclaims liability for such variations.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Fees: Orders may be canceled at different stages of production, with cancellation fees applied accordingly.

  • Stage 1 (Order Placement): A cancellation fee of $15 plus 5% of the total order amount to cover payment processing and design department fees.

  • Stage 2 (Design Reworking): A minimum cancellation fee of 20% of the total order amount to cover design department costs.

  • Stage 3 (Pre-Press): A minimum of 50% of the total order amount will be deducted to cover expenses incurred up to that stage.

  • Stage 4 (Shipping): Orders cannot be canceled once they have reached the shipping stage.

 

Returns and Reprints

Return Policy: Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. In the event of an error on our part, we will reprint your order at no additional charge. Claims for defects, damage, or missing items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.

Return Requirements: To qualify for replacement products, you must return at least 99% of the received items within 10 days of delivery, with prior written authorization from US Packagings. Charges related to expedited printing and shipping are non-refundable.

 

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Options: US Packagings offers several shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Free ground shipping within the contiguous 48 states, with an estimated delivery time of 10 to 14 business days after final proof approval. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

  • Priority Shipping: Charges apply, with a guaranteed delivery time of 8 business days after final proof approval.

  • Express Shipping: Charges apply, with a guaranteed delivery time of 6 business days after final proof approval.

Shipping Limitations: Shipping times are contingent upon final proof approval. US Packagings is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues, weather conditions, or shipping carrier delays. Delivery schedules are estimates and may be subject to change. Customers are responsible for any customs duties and fees for international shipments.

 

Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

No Warranty: Our website and services are provided on an "as-is" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability: US Packagings and its affiliates shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or from our failure to provide products or services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from errors, omissions, or delays in service. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
